Mission & Goals

For over 20 years the Coloma Watervliet Area Economic Development Corporation (CWAEDC) has been dedicated to improving the business climate, helping businesses remain healthy and grow and promote the area as a place to live, work and do business. The CWAEDC is now moving forward as a Community Development organization with the new name: North Berrien Community Development (NBCD).

North Berrien Community Development is made up of the six municipalities of Coloma City and Township, Watervliet City and Township and the townships of Bainbridge and Hagar. If you would like more information about this organization please contact Community Development Coordinator Chana Kniebes at (269) 468-4430.
